Very pleased with my recent visit and Mr Bratt was kind and knowledgeable and I am going back to see him again soon for a follow up appointment.
The first time I met Dr Bratt I was very nervous and anxious about my forthcoming surgery. He explained in clear detail about the operation and the risks involved. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. By the end of our consultation I felt genuinely confident in his expertise and I knew I was in safe hands.
Caring and knowledgeable doctor, takes his time to explain anything you are unsure of, has been helping me with my diagnosis for a long time and my diagnosis has been manageable because of his thoughtful nature, Thank you David. You have done so much to help me,
Mr Bratt explained everything that he was going to do. Explaining the results he hoped to achieve but also explained that things could go wrong and what would happen if they did. I got a very good outcome with the results better than I could hope for and I am very pleased.
Appointment on time everyone very helpful very happy with one to one with mr Bratt very nice man explained everything so I understood exactly everything about my condition top marks for a top man
As usual we received a warm welcome from Mr Bratt, and today a clear, factual and positive description of the outcome of my kidney operation. He also answered questions about likely outcomes had he not operated - I feel so grateful for his skill and expertise. Mr Bratt acknowledged my recent GP blood test results concerning kidney function and is happy to contact my surgery regarding follow up tests and instigate further checks if needed. On request an effort was made to re route my follow up CT scans to hospitals nearer my home but to no avail due to different Trusts.
From start to finish the level of service and care we’re superb. He made what was a difficult time easier for both my family and myself.
In late March 2026 I saw him regarding an nighttime overactive bladder. His recommended treatment is working very well.
Both Consultations with Dr Bratt were outstanding. All of my questions and queries were answered in great detail and were very informative. Dr Bratt was very empathetic and reassuring. His knowledge and expertise were of a very high standard. I received information which gave a clear insight as to my condition and the treatment I required. The second session was particularly helpful as it give a clear prognosis and I left feeling very positive and optimistic about my condition and any future treatments I may need.
