Very pleased with my recent visit and Mr Bratt was kind and knowledgeable and I am going back to see him again soon for a follow up appointment.

The first time I met Dr Bratt I was very nervous and anxious about my forthcoming surgery. He explained in clear detail about the operation and the risks involved. Mr Bratt explained everything that he was going to do. Explaining the results he hoped to achieve but also explained that things could go wrong and what would happen if they did. I got a very good outcome with the results better than I could hope for and I am very pleased.

As usual we received a warm welcome from Mr Bratt, and today a clear, factual and positive description of the outcome of my kidney operation. He also answered questions about likely outcomes had he not operated - I feel so grateful for his skill and expertise. Mr Bratt acknowledged my recent GP blood test results concerning kidney function and is happy to contact my surgery regarding follow up tests and instigate further checks if needed. On request an effort was made to re route my follow up CT scans to hospitals nearer my home but to no avail due to different Trusts.
