Chou is truly a " good" person. Anyone who is fortunate enough to come into contact with M. Chou has the benefit of this "goodness" whether it is in a general or personal medical context or using his expertise to help the tragic victims of earthquakes.

I found Mr Chou charming, informative and willing to answer any questions. His explanations were clear and all in all he gave me confidence in the outcome of my surgery and my recovery. I shall always be grateful for the care and time he gave. I never felt rushed during our conversations.

Mr Chou provided a clear explanation of the injury to my hip, offered a way forward a further help if needed, following an MRI scan that he recommended to identify the problem.
