Breast Consultation

Same day appointment, no waiting and a lovely friendly atmosphere

Jack is amazing. After a thorough assessment, not only did he give me the plan to get better, but also explained clearly what was going on, how long it would take and what can be done to help. Not only is Jack very good at what he does, there was no attempt to upsell loads of sessions to me, no big promises but instead a clear and realistic expectation of what my rehab would look like. This right away made me trust Jack and his judgement, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help.

understood my particular needs and addressed them expertly.

Running Injuries

Vic has been fantastic at helping with my injury and clearly explains why she's recommending a certain course of action.

Pelvic Floor Exercises

Pregnancy & Postnatal Exercise

Diastasis Recti

I went to Miriam for a Mummy MOT after my third child to assess and support my abdominal muscle separation and my pelvic floor strength. She was brilliant, very thorough in her examination but also sensitive. I would highly recommend Miriam to anyone looking for answers about and support wifh their body post pregnancy.
