Dr Chun Lim

Dr Chun Lim is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who provides compassionate and comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and young people. Specialising in general paediatrics alongside advanced sub-specialty interests, Dr Lim is committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based care tailored to each child's individual physical and developmental needs. Dr Lim works collaboratively with families, ensuring parents and carers receive clear guidance and reassuring support at every stage of their child's healthcare journey.

Dr Lim completed specialty paediatric training in the East of England in 2022, gaining extensive experience in paediatric diabetes, endocrinology, paediatric intensive care, and tertiary neonatology. To further deepen expertise in specialised hormone and metabolic conditions, Dr Lim completed a dedicated clinical fellowship in paediatric endocrinology in 2023. Additionally, Dr Lim holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education from the University of Cambridge, attained in 2021, and served as a National Medical Director Clinical Fellow in 2019.

In clinical practice, Dr Lim diagnoses and manages a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions. Dr Lim maintains a strong focus on paediatric endocrinology and diabetes, with a particular clinical interest in managing childhood growth concerns and complications associated with excess weight. Having led initiatives to establish dedicated specialist clinics for managing childhood weight complications, Dr Lim combines clinical excellence with proactive healthcare strategies to support long-term wellbeing.

Dr Lim maintains a family-focused approach to care, prioritising child comfort and clear communication during every consultation.
