Dr. Chris Watura is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist who specialises in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries. Working extensively with both active individuals and elite international athletes across disciplines such as football, rugby, tennis, cricket, and ballet, he provides comprehensive diagnostic imaging and targeted interventional care. Dr. Watura approaches patient care with a professional and reassuring manner, ensuring that each individual receives an accurate diagnosis alongside a clear, tailored treatment pathway.

In his clinical practice, Dr. Watura employs advanced diagnostic imaging techniques, including magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, X-ray, and computed tomography, to evaluate bone, joint, soft tissue, and spinal disorders. His clinical focus encompasses both diagnostic reporting and therapeutic interventional procedures, such as image-guided injections designed to relieve joint, tendon, and spinal pain. Dr. Watura completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London before earning his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree at the University of Birmingham. He completed specialist Radiology training in London, followed by advanced subspecialty fellowships in musculoskeletal and spinal diagnostics and intervention in London, Vancouver, and Australia. He holds professional membership as a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists.
