Ms Charlotte Nelson

Ms Charlotte ("Lottie") Nelson is a Physiotherapist who graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Sheffield. She joined Kendal Physio following graduation and completed the practice's structured six-month Graduate Physiotherapist Development Programme under the supervision of senior clinicians, further developing her assessment, diagnostic and rehabilitation skills.

Ms Nelson treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, back and neck pain, shoulder, hip and knee problems, tendon injuries, sprains and strains. She also holds a Diploma in Sports Massage, enabling her to combine hands-on treatment with personalised rehabilitation exercises, advice and education. Her approach focuses on understanding each patient's individual goals and supporting their return to everyday activities, exercise and sport.
