Mrs Carolyn Aitken

Mrs Carolyn Aitken is a complementary medicine practitioner with a focus on iridology and holistic wellbeing approaches. She is a member of the Complementary Medical Association (MCMA) and holds qualifications in iridology and herbal studies (Dip Ir. & H).

She has over 20 years of experience studying and researching iridology and has worked with clients in a face-to-face setting for approximately 30 years within complementary health services. Her practice is described as gentle and client-focused, with an emphasis on holistic lifestyle support.

Mrs Aitken qualified as an optician abroad in 1994 and has also worked within optical practice in the UK, including roles in community optometry settings. She is multilingual, fluent in English, French, Dutch, and Spanish, and has lived and worked in several European countries.
