Ms Carol Lawrence

Ms. Carol Lawrence is a dual-qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Interpersonal Psychotherapist with a diverse background in mental health. Her career began in the UK as a mental health social worker, specialising in severe and enduring mental health conditions. She has worked extensively within the NHS in both Primary and Secondary Care Settings.

Carol is dedicated to exploring alternative therapy models, including Somatic Experiencing & Processing, to enhance her therapeutic approach. She has undergone training in MDMA Assisted Therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). Carol is accredited as a therapist with BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) and IPT UK (Interpersonal Psychotherapy UK).

Her professional ethos is strongly rooted in promoting inclusion and diversity within the field of psychedelic psychotherapy and psychedelic studies. Carol is committed to integrating innovative therapeutic approaches to support mental health and wellbeing.
