Dr Carlo Rinaldi

Dr Carlo Rinaldi is a highly accomplished Consultant Neurologist and Professor of Molecular and Translational Neuroscience who provides expert clinical care for individuals with complex neurological and neuromuscular conditions. He specialises in the evaluation, diagnosis, and long-term management of inherited nervous system disorders, with a focus on conditions affecting the motor unit and nerve pathways. Dedicated to delivering patient-centred, reassuring, and evidence-based care, Dr Rinaldi integrates deep clinical insight with pioneering translational science to support patients navigating challenging neurological diagnoses.

Dr Rinaldi completed his medical degree in 2005 with distinction at the University of Federico II in Naples, Italy, where he subsequently completed his specialist postgraduate residency in adult neurology in 2010, also with distinction. He furthered his academic and clinical expertise by completing a PhD in Neuroscience, conducting research on genetic disease mechanisms. Throughout his career, Dr Rinaldi has maintained active involvement with leading professional bodies, scientific fellowships, and international research organisations committed to advancing neuromuscular healthcare standards and rare disease therapies.
