Bianca Ramos

Bianca Ramos is a well experienced Psychotherapist at Messina Clinic, specialising in addressing anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. She adopts a supportive and holistic approach within a safe and confidential environment, aimed at delving into and resolving any current life challenges you may be experiencing. 

Bianca holds an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, as well as a Diploma in Couples Counselling and a Diploma in Positive Psychology. She holds certificates in Counselling with Spirituality and the Foundations of Counselling & Psychotherapy. She is an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and is a Certified Reiki Healer.

Embracing a holistic perspective, Bianca is committed to understanding and nurturing the entirety of an individual, encompassing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. Utilising an integrative approach, she draws from various psychotherapeutic modalities, including Jungian, Psychodynamic, Positive Psychology, and CBT, tailored to suit the unique needs of individual adults, families and couples. Bianca offers both short-term and long-term psychology. She is fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese.
