Dr Beverley Harrison

Dr Beverley Harrison is an experienced Consultant Rheumatologist who specialises in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of complex rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions. With a dedicated focus on patient-centred care, she works collaboratively with individuals to develop tailored management plans that alleviate pain, restore mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Her clinical practice encompasses a broad spectrum of inflammatory joint disorders, autoimmune conditions, and bone diseases.

In her everyday clinical practice, Dr Harrison provides comprehensive assessment and advanced therapeutic management for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. She holds a deep interest in autoimmune and connective tissue disorders, including systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, and vasculitis. In addition to managing inflammatory polyarthritis, Dr Harrison focuses on the evaluation and treatment of metabolic bone diseases, including osteoporosis, as well as the implementation of modern biological therapies and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs.

Dr Harrison completed her foundational medical training and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree alongside her primary medical qualifications.
