She has that rare combination of being extremely kind and warm while remaining very professional and efficient. She listened carefully to everything I said without rushing me, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and took the time to explain things in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The examination itself was handled with great sensitivity and respect for my comfort. Everything was done quickly and competently, yet I never felt like I was being hurried through. Dr Cartwright is very understanding and supportive. She was thorough, explained everything and answered all the questions we had.
I felt very looked after, seen and heard. Despite being nervous, Beth ensured I had the best experience possible, communicated with me throughout the procedure, and didn't make me feel silly for being nervous/having lots of questions.
