Dr Athinodoros Valavanis

Dr Athinodoros Valavanis is a UK-trained Consultant Neurologist. They qualified as a doctor in 2004 and subsequently completed specialist training in neurology. Following this, Dr Valavanis undertook a fellowship at a London teaching hospital where they sub-specialised in movement disorders. Dr Valavanis sees patients in their private practice.

Dr Valavanis has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, dystonia, headaches and multiple sclerosis. They are proficient in administering Botulinum toxin injections for the treatment of conditions such as cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm and spasticity.
