“It is so rare in this industry to find a Dr like Dr Deering. He is so kind, and patient, takes the time to be friendly and listens to what you have to say. He is also very knowledgeable, and truly knows what he's talking about. I feel safe with him, and trust him implicitly, which after many years of seeing private and NHS doctors, I can honestly say is a unique experience. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.“

His approach is one of understanding and interest. Exploring options and clearly setting out the treatment plan. He leaves you with the thought that there is a solution for your health issues and that he will be able to help you. He provides written confirmation of the treatment plan, and copies of his contact with relevant medical professionals very promptly.

Dr Deering is knowledgeable about MCAS and the other conditions that occur alongside it. His explanations were clear, as were his instructions. His follow up letter was quick to arrive, accurate and thorough. He has also said he is available should I have any problems with medications which is reassuring. I’m very impressed by our first consultation. He also comes across as a nice chap.

Dr Deering has been nothing short of brilliant. Our son has a multitude of different medical issues and Dr Deering has been the first medical professional ever to consider these in a holistic manner. He wrote a clear an accurate report our consultation within the same week and provided details for our gp of medication to prescribe and tests to organise. He has followed up on the test results and given further treatment recommendations and advice. We feel genuinely supported and that we have someone who is invested in helping out son to make progress. We are so thankful for this. Dr Deering has a warm, kind manner. He takes the time to listen and explain things.

I have only had my first session so cannot give a full review. However Dr Deerings manner is lovely. Not sure there is much help for the MCAS condition but insight at least helps and is very reassuring. The biggest drawback is Dr Deerings affiliation only with Nuffield Health hospitals where the service is poor and you cannot get private blood tests if you are based in London. So super unhelpful for anyone not based near a Nuffield Hospital!

Thank you for your feedback. I totally share your frustration. However, I am delighted to report that this problem has been satisfactorily resolved by my teaming up with The Doctors Laboratory. I am confident that they will offer the same excellent level of service to my London based patients that Nuffield Health offers outside London.

After being unwell for 2 months following the Pfizer vaccine and no help whatsoever from the NHS, I decided to seek help privately. Due to my MCAS-like symptoms I was drawn to Dr Deering, who's an expert in this field. The whole process from my initial contact with Dot, Dr Deering's secretary through to my telephone appointment and follow-up communication with the man himself, was extremely professional. Dr Deering is a fantastic listener, has a wealth of knowledge, understanding, compassionate and funny. He immediately understand my symptoms and diagnosed me, recommended treatment and predicted a recovery time all within our first 1-hour call. Dr Deering then followed up with my GP within 2 days with a letter explaining my suspected condition and recommendation for treatment, Since the first call, Dr Deering has been contactable via email for any follow-up questions I've had and has always been polite and quick to respond. I would recommend Dr Deering to anyone experiencing the symptoms/conditions he's well versed in. He's the best doctor I've ever dealt with and, as you can tell from all other glowing reviews, everyone thinks the same. I just wish he was my local GP!

I had a really helpful and productive consultation with Dr Deering. He has a lovely manner and puts you at ease very quickly. I had ample opportunity to explain my symptoms and how they affected me and Dr Deering took time to explain what was causing those symptoms. His choice of treatment was patient focused and he explained clearly what the options were and why he was recommending one particular medication over others. I was able to ask questions and it was a great relief to receive a diagnosis.
