I’ve had several rounds of IVF at The Lister Fertility Clinic, always under the supervision of Dr Nandi. IVF can be very overwhelming, especially at the beginning, when you have to read through all the documents you are provided with while also making important decisions about your treatment. Not to mention all the medication you have to take, which can also affect your mood. My suggestion to every patient is to ask your doctor as many questions as possible. In my case, Dr Nandi usually got back to me on the same day, and often even immediately, which was fantastic. Dr Nandi was also very helpful, providing not only professional guidance but also emotional support, which was very important to me. She respected and supported every decision I made throughout my treatment. I felt I was in safe hands throughout my pregnancy, and today I am incredibly grateful to have my beautiful four-week-old daughter.

My husband and I had a consultation with Dr Nandi which quickly led us to starting IVF at the Lister. We chose the Lister over 5 other clinics we had consultations with. Dr Nandi was knowledgeable about every aspect of the IVF process and was always clear in her communication which was so incredibly helpful to us in our decision making together. The way Dr Nandi communicated with us showed us that she was empathetic towards us and our situation. Dr Nandi remained professional at all times and we felt safe under her care. Having worked at senior levels we were so impressed with Dr Nandi's organisational ability, efficiency and responsiveness. We always received same day communication from her. We will always be grateful to Dr Nandi for our 6 rounds of IVF and our pregnancy. Thank you x 1 million!

We ended up at the Lister clinic with Dr Nandi after treatment with two other London clinics. I’d been in treatment for three years, and started when I was 32. My husband and I were completely unexplained. We’d had 10 stim cycles, 10 transfers, and every test and biopsy we could think of at this point. We had a consultation with Dr Nandi to start treatment with her. Obviously we felt very hopeless and depressed at the amount of historic failed treatment. Dr Nandi was very kind and optimistic, and she genuinely seemed to believe we could get pregnant. She told us if we were still making euploid embryos that we just had to persevere and that it would happen for us. I liked her fresh optimism when we were in a bad place. We did one stim cycle with Dr Nandi and she always emailed me back within a day which I hugely appreciated. Her communication is excellent. We collected 4 eggs. 3 fertilised and somehow all 3 became euploid blastocysts. On our first transfer I became pregnant and I am now 21 weeks along with a beautiful baby boy. We will always be grateful to Dr Nandi for believing in us when we’d lost hope. She was invested in us when other doctors had become bored. Forever grateful.

I can’t express how incredible this experience with the clinic has been. Going through the process of undertaking fertility treatments did feel very vulnerable and yet, the care I received from the team made me feel safe, informed and looked after at each step.
