Mr Antony Constantinou

Antony Constantinou is a BACP-registered and NCSP-accredited counsellor, psychotherapist, couples counsellor, and clinical supervisor based in Farnham, Surrey, and Fulham, London, with more than seven years of experience. When meeting in person isn't an option, Antony can meet online on Zoom and Teams. 

Antony studied Psychodynamic Counselling and then trained in Person Centred Counselling; he then went on to further his training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, couples counselling and complex trauma. He is established within both the NHS and the private sector. He has trained in many sub-specialities, such as clinical assessment, drug and alcohol abuse, anxiety and depression and personality disorders.

He offers a range of relational therapies, with a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy. He believes in helping you better understand your feelings and thoughts, including identifying unhealthy patterns and connecting with early life experiences. Antony prioritises professionalism and compassion and is dedicated to helping people through challenging times.

During the initial consultation, Antony works with his patients to help them understand what they are looking for, the various kinds of therapies, and even whether talking therapy is right for them. The initial consultation allows Antony to understand his patients' issues and how best to help them, creating a path forward through Psychodynamic exploration and assessment.
