Dr. Anthony Gubbay

Dr. Gubbay is a Consultant in Pain Management and Anaesthesia. They graduated from Leeds University Medical School with degrees in medicine and psychology in relation to medicine. Dr. Gubbay completed postgraduate training in Anaesthesia and Critical Care through the Central London School of Anaesthesia. Following this, Dr. Gubbay undertook postgraduate training in pain medicine at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square.

Dr. Gubbay is the current Clincial Service Lead for pain at the Royal Free London NHS Trust.

Dr. Gubbay is proficient in several interventional pain procedures. These include epidurals, nerve root blocks, medial branch blocks, and trigger point injections. They are also skilled in the use of ultrasound for procedures, ensuring a wide range of techniques.

Dr. Gubbay believes patient safety is paramount. They offer both a scientific and holistic approach to pain management, whatever the cause. Dr. Gubbay provides a high standard of individualised and patient-centred care, essential for effective pain management.
