Dr Anthony Fafiolu

Dr Anthony Fafiolu is a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in General Adult Psychology and Psychiatry of Learning Disability. He is based in Bristol and currently works with working age adults aged 18 to 65 years at Priory Hospital Bristol.

Dr Fafiolu obtained his primary medical qualification at the University of Lagos, Nigeria in 1988. He later moved to the UK and completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine in 1995, followed by his psychiatry training at Guy's and St Thomas' in 1997. He was awarded his Membership with the Royal College of Physicians in 1998 and his Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2000. In 2003 he completed his specialist registrar training in Intellectual Disability Psychiatry in Bristol and was awarded his CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) in the same year. He began working at Consultant level in 2003 and joined Priory Bristol as a Locum Inpatient General Adult Psychiatrist in 2020.
