The Psychiatric Care Clinic is a CQC-registered private mental health clinic for adults aged 18 and over, providing specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing follow-up from its central London location at 85 Wimpole Street. The clinic is led by experienced consultant psychiatrists, Dr Rachel Berg, BSc (Hons), MBChB, MRCPsych, MSc, and Dr Elizabeth Jackson MBBS FRCPsych who offer both in-person and virtual consultations.

The clinic supports adults seeking help for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, work-related stress, burnout, personality disorders, panic attacks and difficulties where physical and psychological health overlap. It is also suitable for people who are unsure of their diagnosis and would benefit from a comprehensive psychiatric assessment to better understand their symptoms and treatment options. Both self-referrals and GP referrals are accepted.

The Psychiatric Care Clinic provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic review, personalised treatment planning, medication management, follow-up consultations and specialist adult ADHD assessment and care. Treatment may involve medication, psychological therapy, lifestyle measures or a combination of approaches.

The clinic takes a patient-focused, collaborative and holistic approach. Assessments consider not only symptoms, but also medical history, personal circumstances, relationships, lifestyle and individual treatment preferences. Patients are involved in decisions about their care, with treatment plans clearly explained and reviewed over time. Where appropriate, the clinic can also communicate with a patient’s GP or referring clinician to support continuity of care.
