About Dr Rachel Berg
Dr Rachel Berg is a General Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in anxiety, depression, adult ADHD and psychosis. Dr Berg also specialises in PTSD, mood disorders, burnout and forensic work in relation to general adult psychiatry. Dr Berg completed her undergraduate medical training at Leeds Medical School, graduating in 2001. During this time, she also completed a BSc in Genetics in relation to Medicine and later an MSc in Psychiatric Research. Dr Berg has also obtained a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in General Adult Psychiatry and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She is approved by the Secretary of State under Section 12 as having specialist expertise and experience in the assessment and treatment of mental disorders.

I visited Rachel for a second opinion. I have been an athlete, in the military, and in operational delivery on Construction projects. I had a work related burnout at age 42. Rachel was one of the first professionals who not only understood my conditions, but my background and circumstances. She listens, and asks the right questions without it feeling like a clinical assessment. She is empathetic and a credit to her profession.
Dr Berg is always really understanding and makes me feel at ease. Her guidance is really valued and I'll be sorry to finish my sessions.
