This was a follow up appointment and as was the case with my initial appointment it was conducted in an exemplary and very professional yet friendly manner. All aspects were covered in detail, both in discussion and via photographic evidence which was used to clearly explain the situation. At no time was the procedure rushed, indeed the opposite as I was given ample time to understand what I was being shown and told together with being afforded the time to ask further questions where I needed to. Mr Agarwal had a clear understanding of any concerns I had and went above what was required to allay those concerns.
I can’t speak highly enough about my whole experience at North Tees hospital, Mr Agarwal was easy to talk to, ,caring but very professional,I couldn’t have asked for more.
Although it was s short wait to see the consultant I was happy with my appointment
Prompt and efficient and the consultant explained everything well
Although my appointment was delayed by an hour , both reception and Dr Agarwal were apologetic and courteous. Appreciate that when it cam to hands on investigation due to the area he went a got a female nurse to chaperone this part of the appointment.
Mr agarwal is very patient and very helpful and answers questions professionally and clearly. Can’t praise him enough, just a gentleman
