Coffee machine might benefit from some instructions

The consultation was conducted very efficiently and essential details and consequential options communicated clearly and well. I was particularly grateful that my chosen option - laser treatment - was able to be given during this same visit. There was very much waiting time which perhaps could have been managed/communicated better.....maybe not.....? We were treated with much kindness and friendliness by Chloe.

I was impressed by Mr Scott's thoroughness, kindness and reasoned explanation for moving on to the next stage of treatment.

Mr Scott was first class. Nothing was too much trouble, very attentive and caring. Full explanations of all procedures and follow up.

There was obviously some delay today but Mr Scott was so professional taking his time with me a new patient and never made me feel as if I was taking up his time. A charming and patient surgeon with me a highly nervous patient.

My daugher often calls Dr Scott a "Unicorn" he is a rare combination of brilliance and compassion. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been under his care, and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking the very best in eye care.
