Dr Hudson was chosen by me as a private patient to explain the long term effects of hormone treatment following my prostate cancer surgery in 2009. He was able to offer radio therapy as a potential alternative to hormone treatment but very clearly explained the possible side effects. This alternative treatment would be available to me whenever I wanted it. I found Dr Hudson to have an excellent manner and explained things very clearly so that I understood my position. This filled a gap in my knowledge which my GPs were unable to provide. I am taking part in genetic research as a result of my meeting with Dr Hudson. I left the meetings believing that this was someone who cared about his patients which is how it should be.

Dr Hudson and his team have managed my cancer treatment for 2 and half years. Whenever I go to hospital I know I'm in the best hands, he keeps me well informed how my treatment is going. In my opinion the best doctor with the best team

Dr Hudson was very timely, very thorough, gave me and my wife ample time to ask questions and, arranged for my bloods to be taken promptly. He took away any apprehensions that me and my wife had regarding future planned treatments
