Dr Andreas Koulouris is a Consultant Gastroenterologist who provides patient-centred care for a comprehensive range of digestive and liver conditions. He focuses on delivering clear diagnoses and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to every individual. His clinical scope encompasses general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatology, and gastrointestinal oncology.

Dr Koulouris possesses expertise in diagnostic and interventional endoscopic procedures. His clinical interests include pancreatic diseases, hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal health, and the role of the gut microbiome in digestive disease. He also maintains a focus on minimally invasive procedures, including endoscopic ultrasound and endoscopic ultrasound-guided celiac plexus neurolysis for pain management. Dr Koulouris completed his medical degree at the University of Athens School of Medicine, graduating in 2014. He went on to undertake extensive postgraduate research and specialist training, completing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine at the University of Crete in 2025. An active contributor to clinical research, he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
