About Dr. Ahmed Kadir
Dr Ahmed Kadir is a paediatric gastroenterologist based at New Victoria Hospital, where he specialises in nutrition, paediatric inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and allergic gut disease.

In 2016, he became a full-time NHS consultant paediatric gastroenterologist and is currently based at the Royal London Hospital (part of Bart's Health NHS Trust). He has previously worked at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.
Dr Kadir is active in research and has been involved in international clinical trials on short gut and irritable bowel disease. He is also involved in medical education and currently teaches medical students as well as students on the MSc gastroenterology course at QMUL.

Dr. Kadir visited our son for constipation problems. He was extremely caring, professional and at the same time very friendly with our son. He carefully heard our concerns and suggests a plan that solved the constipation problem. He also thoughtfully suggested a way of doing potty training after our first attempt failed.
