Are you Adam Williams?
Mr Adam Williams is a Consultant Neurosurgeon who practices at Sulis Hospital, Bath, where he sees NHS patients, and at North Bristol NHS Trust, where he serves as Head of the Department of Neurosurgery at Southmead Hospital, Bristol.
Mr Williams graduated with an MB ChB from the University of Bristol in 2005 and went on to obtain MRCS and FRCS qualifications. He completed his general neurosurgical training in Bristol before undertaking a highly specialised fellowship in endoscopic pituitary and skull base neurosurgery in Oxford, further refining his expertise in advanced minimally invasive techniques.
Clinically, Mr Williams has a strong focus on the surgical and non-surgical management of spinal conditions. His practice includes lumbar spine microsurgery, minimally invasive spinal procedures, spinal decompression, microdiscectomy, and the comprehensive management of back pain. His primary clinical interests lie in neuromodulation therapies for patients with complex low back and lower limb pain, alongside endoscopic pituitary surgery.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr Williams is Co-Chair of the National Neurosurgery Audit Programme, Director of the Association of Surgeons in Training, and a member of the Specialty Advisory Committee for Neurosurgery, contributing to the development and governance of neurosurgical practice across the UK.
