Dr. Adam Nelson is an experienced Consultant Urological Surgeon specialising in the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of both benign and cancer-related urological conditions. He delivers expert clinical care for patients presenting with a broad spectrum of general urological concerns, ensuring an empathetic, thorough, and patient-centred approach. Dr. Nelson maintains a dedicated focus on pelvic urological oncology and advanced surgical methodologies, helping patients navigate urological diagnoses with clarity and reassurance.

Within his clinical practice, Dr. Nelson sub-specialises in the management of bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and complex pelvic malignancies. He is proficient in delivering both non-surgical therapies and advanced surgical interventions, including robotic-assisted procedures and complex urinary reconstructive techniques such as orthotopic bladder substitution. Working alongside multi-disciplinary specialist teams, Dr. Nelson provides coordinated care for patients requiring complex pelvic interventions and personalised treatment pathways.

Dr. Nelson earned his medical degree and a Master of Research in Anatomy from the University of Glasgow before completing surgical training.
