Dr Abigail Macleod-Thompson is a dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides holistic, compassionate care across all aspects of female reproductive and pelvic health. She is committed to delivering empathetic, patient-centred care, ensuring that women feel supported, informed, and involved in every decision regarding their treatment. With a sub-specialty interest in urogynaecology, Dr Macleod-Thompson possesses expertise in assessing and managing a broad range of pelvic floor disorders. Her areas of clinical interest include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and the management of obstetric anal sphincter injuries. She routinely performs detailed diagnostic investigations and specialised interventions, including urodynamic studies and flexible cystoscopy, to deliver targeted and effective treatment plans.

Dr Macleod-Thompson completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2012. Following extensive postgraduate clinical training in women's health, she achieved membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 2018.
