Aidan was really professional and knowledgeable but I loved his common sense approach, allowing me to make solid progress with my recovery from ankle surgery. All in all I was really impressed.
The visits helped me so much, encouraged me to do things on a self help basis and helped me understand why I was experiencing pain.

I like that you can review staff specialities and choose your own thats suits your issue. Easy online initial appointment booking and questionnaire. I went with a post skiing knee pain, fearing MCL or meniscus injury. Aidan soon identified it as an overuse/overload/muscular imbalance problem causing referred pain to knee. Excellent hands on treatment to get some initial recovery then a structured exercise program to prevent it reoccurring. First class experience!
