Aidan has been consistently attentive throughout my physio sessions. He takes the time to listen properly and notices the small details that make a difference. His calm, focused manner helped me feel comfortable and supported, and his guidance has genuinely improved my confidence in managing my symptoms.
Aidan is very approachable, listens to issues and gives exercises to do to support the issue. Demonstrates what needs to be done and let's you have a go so he can check you are doing it correctly
