True Physio Stoke

I arrived early and was waiting a long period of time to get into the building. Followed the instructions on the email to wait at the fire door and ring the number on the door that just kept going through to an answer machine. Left a message to say I was waiting outside. Finally received a phone call from Danielle who let me in. Was very apologetic and informed me about the nightmare she is having to get people into the building. Once in, was a much more pleasant experience, Danielle was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. She immediately put me at ease, and got straight into helping me. The physio itself was fantastic and feel I am in the right hands to hopefully be pain free and back to my old self. Thank you Danielle, look forward to future sessions.

I recently had physiotherapy at True Physio and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me recover. My physiotherapist took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and tailored the sessions perfectly to my needs. I noticed real improvement and felt supported throughout.
