An excellent experience as a difficult time. First class condition
The staff doesn’t appreciate your waiting time - they would ask you to wait, then someone who was late for their time comes in and they would bring them before you. Sometimes for places like blood tests - they would forget you’re waiting and would let person that came after you to come before you. I’ve been using the hospital for many times and always happy with doctors care but disrespect of my time as described above is disappointing and frustrating.
A clean, efficient and friendly hospital. As one would expect given the cost.
The doctors, nurses and staff went above and beyond with their services. The food were delicious and the room was very clean. I was very satisfied during my time in the hospital.
Welling Hospital was very clean and efficient, from my check in at reception to being taken to my room and from being metand explained and all pre op checks done was all very fast and efficient from the nurses to the nurse in the surgery room and being taken back to my room to the lunch that I was served, thank you all at Wellington and they made sure all safety was in place during these Covid times. Thank you all for a great service.
Everything was excellent, although twice there was a total mess with kosher food. On the first night they had no kosher sandwiches, although I am assured there should always be some in stock. One day they did not order the correct dishes and actually did not place the full order so i did not have starter or dessert

My very positive ratings reflect the strength of my feelings about my positive experience under the care of Mr Dorward and the entire clinical team. I approached my stay at The Wellington with some anxiety balanced with the confidence that I would receive a very high standard of professional care, based on number of factors. This feedback request has a few open questions. Detail would make the feedback more useful . My care was so sensitive to the care that I appreciated. Seeing Mr Dorward at the foot of my bed at 7am every morning meant it was the start of another day towards my recovery. This needs much more to be useful.

The experience was great - the staff were very kind The only not excellent thing was discharge took much longer than planned and seemed rather chaotic

Surprisingly patients were not told to wash hands when they entered hospital . One assistant came into the “room “ without a face mask. The curtain closing the room was marked as being changed in May . I would have thought after each patient it should be changed or daily or at least weekly. The nurses were kind and helpful at all times .

For me, the hospital was incidental to the surgery. It is not the most modern or best appointed, but the staff were dedicated friendly and coing well so soon after re-opening following Covid.
Almost a pleasure to be in hospital!
Whilst the nursing staff during the day were wonderful, there weren't enough staff on duty overnight and I was kept awake with the constant ringing of buzzers from the other rooms. The room I was allocated was extremely small, the shower in the bathroom was broken and I was disturbed at night as well as the buzzers in the corridor from other rooms by a loud noise in the bathroom which the maintenance staff were unable to rectify. Overall, I was disappointed with the hospital because of the noise and low standard of the accommodation.
unfortunately its Tele appointment. however radiology staff, PMC staff friendly, everything on time. no delay.
Treatment was excellent.
