I was able to begin at Rainford within 12 hours of contacting them. I was in a dismal situation and was thrown a lifeline by them, my 28 days here have been fantastic. The staff, including the housekeeping, kitchen and clinical staff have all been approachable and lovely and the therapeutic team have gone above and beyond.

Words cannot express how amazing this place is.. It’s literally saved my life. Saved my marriage. Saved my family from being broken up. The extensive therapy has been so intense that I never want to go back to who I was. Thank you Rainford.

I was in a very lucky position to stay ten days at Rainford hall recently. I was originally in Rainford January 24 for 28 days. Some of the staff had changed but the professionalism, service and friendliness of every single person from the receptionist, maintenance, house keeping, kitchen staff, medical staff, therapists and everyone else was second to none 👌 remember life is priceless. Rainford gave me another chance and the tools and support to move forward. A very greatful Nev highly recommends

Rainford was such a wonderful place that even after 28 days in there I considered staying longer. I felt so supported by all the staff from the moment I arrived and the intense fear I felt on walking through the front doors on my first day soon disappeared. The group therapy sessions with all my peers were incredibly powerful and made me feel less alone in my addiction and all the other classes gave me lots of new practical skills to go back out into the world with. My one on one therapist Kelly was amazing. I’ve done a lot of therapy in my life but never bonded so quickly with a person like I did with her. She was challenging in the best way and made me see things from a new perspective from our first hour together. As for the other staff, they were all wonderful. From the nurses/medical workers, Tracy, Jill, Jaz, Michelle, James, Christian to the community helpers, Mark, Stacey, Emma, Charlie, Jane to the therapist/12 step workers, Emma, Chris and many more people, like Debs and Sophie and Hannah in the kitchen, and all the bedroom/ laundry staff who cleaned my room every day, I really can’t speak highly enough. Everyone felt like family by the time I left. I arrived pretty broken up with no self esteem or confidence and left feeling like a human being again that had something to give. I would like in particular to thank Tracy for her immense kindness and Mark and Jill for making me laugh like I haven’t laughed for a long time. To be in a place where no one judges you and you can be completely honest about your deepest fears and not have to wear a mask to anyone, was tru...

I have been to 3 rehabs before Rainford, which made me scared to come because of the experience I had there. I was very wrong to be scared. It is the best one I've been to by far, and I would 100% recommend Rainford to anyone who wants to be helped and supported on the start of their recovery journey. Staff are amazing, from the bottom to the top and can't rate them highly enough. I felt very much a part of the Rainford Family. They always remembered my name despite the high turnover of clients, and housekeeping were very personal in leaving little treats and positive notes on my bed Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. Thankyou to all the Rainford Hall staff
