I have been to 3 rehabs before Rainford, which made me scared to come because of the experience I had there. I was very wrong to be scared. It is the best one I've been to by far, and I would 100% recommend Rainford to anyone who wants to be helped and supported on the start of their recovery journey. Staff are amazing, from the bottom to the top and can't rate them highly enough. I felt very much a part of the Rainford Family. They always remembered my name despite the high turnover of clients, and housekeeping were very personal in leaving little treats and positive notes on my bed Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. My 28 day stay at Rainford Hall has been a truly amazing and life-changing experience for me. I fully recommend Rainford Hall and the Steps Together programme without hesitation to anyone considering a rehab programme, either for themselves or someone else
From day 1 to day 45 the staff and treatments have been just outstanding. The building and grounds are kept immaculately clean and tidy.

Rainford Hall and its amazing staff have totally changed my life. I checked in a broken and emotionally exhausted woman after 28 years in active addiction. They have supported me and carried me through some of my darkest moments and I have come through a stronger, healthier and better version of me. They have given my son his mum back, my parents their daughter back but most of all my they have given me my self respect back which is priceless. The programme they offer is second to none and is only enhanced by the dedication of each and every staff member. These people really care and it shows in each one of them. Rainford Hall is a beautiful place where magic happens and I will never forget my journey to recovery here. It will hold a special place in my heart forever.
This place exceeded all my expectations. i can’t fault any part of it.
