Steps Together - Rainford Hall

I attended Rainford Hall for a 28-day detox to address my primary addiction to alcohol. From the very beginning, I was met with exceptional care and compassion. The meals were fantastic, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay. Kelly, my one-to-one support, was incredible. She helped me navigate the challenges that left to my drinking, offering guidance and understanding that made all the difference. Charlie played a crucial role in my recovery as well, providing invaluable help with my step work. I truly believe that without the deciatdd and supportive team at Rainford Hall, u wouldn't be where I am today. Their commitment to my recovery journey was nothing short of life-changing. I am forever grateful for their help and highly recommend Rainford Hall to anyone seeking a fresh start.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming, facilities are great and the staff are very accommodating. Food is delicious and there is a diverse range of therapeutic practices from which you are encouraged to find what works for you.

My experience at Rainford Hall was an overwhelmingly positive one. Walking through the doors on my first day was one of the most daunting things I have ever done. 28 days later, whilst feeling fully equipped to begin my recovery journey I was actually sad to be leaving. I think that speaks volumes. The care administered by therapists, support staff, nurses, housekeeping and catering staff were 2nd to none. I can highly recommend with confidence the service offered here at Rainford Hall. I never plan on going into rehab ever again, but should I be unfortunate enough to find myself in that position, I am fortunate enough to now know that Rainford would be my first and only choice.

As my only rehab experience i found it good. I do feel 1-1s could have been better structured and organised and with more gender groups as I found these very beneficial.

Came here for a short 10 day reset in order tobget 100% dry again! This worked out fine, good medical staff to detox, good accomodation, friendly and knowledgable staff. Negative: there was no 1 on 1 meeting planned with a qualified counseller

Fantastic experience

I can't remember being in such an incredible environment to be so encouraged to achieve your goal. Incredible accommodation, lovely staff, nurses, house keepers, therapists, kitchen staff, doctors everyone. The teaching staff were incredible, good communication nother ever forgotten. Thank you it is an amazing homely place. Best place I would recommend for recovery
