The staff and therapists are excellent, professional and friendly. The DBT approach is well thought through and presented in a practical manner that helps build tools to succeed. The management is also good although a clearer and more streamlined approach to rules would be useful. Rules and boundaries are obviously in place for relevant reasons but a clearer explanation would be useful. Often on arrival people aren't in the best state and a simplified list could be useful. The full rule book was disorganised and some information missing. But most importantly a simple guideline to key rules would be valuable. Residents are very helpful and it's a friendly and supportive environment.

Staff very helpful, always ready to take time out of their day to help. Very good chef the food was amazing both during the week and weekends. All in all very happy with my stay.
