Amazing detox journey mentally physically

My stay at Primrose Lodge has been a brilliant start to my journey of recovery. The support staff incredible; friendly, caring, knowledgable and approachable. They truly go the extra mile. The therapy staff also carry the same attention to detail, incredible knowledge and insight of the 12 step program as well as the ability to work with you on your therapy sessions with a caring and positive attitude. I would highly recommend Primrose Lodge to anyone in need of help for addiction.

Good unfortunately covid was brought in the building and I contracted it along with 3 other and members of staff This couldn’t been anaged a lot better

Overall very good. I am disappointed with the way one of the disruptive clients was managed. This persons actions made everyone else feel uncomfortable and I don’t feel the situation was ever properly managed by support staff that evening. This clients happiness appeared to be put at a higher value of the rest of the groups which is slightly demeaning

Excellent, comprehensive and immersive programme. Amazingly caring, helpful and friendly team of staff and therapists. Nice facilities and some fun (but relevant) sessions too such as the yoga, art and meditation. Therapists particularly astute at gently teasing out underlying issues and offering positive advice and solutions. I have come away with a great tool box and it’s down to me to use it now. I feel I have benefited enormously from my time at Primrose Lodge. Thank you to you all.

A lovely place to recover with a friendly team. Support staff were amazing and made me feel at home. I have come a long way since I first got here. Only downfall was the cleanliness of the place. Having a clean and organised environment is essential for any recovering addict so they need to up their game.
