My experience of primroselodge has been very good. All the support staff have been very professional and helpful. Accomadation was good. And the daily programme was well organised.

Although the facility needs refurbishment and some of the website info is misleading it was a very positive experience overall. All of the staff were very caring and professional

I thought The staff and therapists were excellent. Very friendly and experienced. Food was good. Rooms could do with a proper clean.

It has been fine this time and more tools to go home with as last time it was covid and no help at all.

Great rehab, greatly recommend, staff are very helpful, accommodation is excellent. I highly recommend if anyone needs to detox this is the place to come.
