Reception was chaotic—no one on the desk, misdirected as to where the appointment was, no physical examination of any kind, no stool or urine tests for what was billed as a routine health check, no review of inoculations that might be appropriate e.g. RSV or shingles, etc.

Paid a lot of money as I was sick and apart from being prescribed antibiotics didn’t really get to the root cause. Felt every moment was used to try and upsell additional services
