I highly recommend her and Pixie + Sera if you are looking for doctors who really look after your best interests.

There is no better GP service in the UK but this one. The office team are always so professional and efficient unlike other places. They know who you are from the moment you phone and anything else you might need from them. Thank you as always to everyone .

My partner and I have been using Pixie and Sera for a number of years; we have used the practice from basic general health visits to more in depth and complex matters. The team are great, they work very hard to ensure all is done to our convenience, this includes scheduling many appointments across many providers into a single package. I highly recommend the practice for stress free, reliable and great value services.

I was greeted by Pixie at my appointment time and my time with the doctor. was very thorough in a very professional efficient manner.

As always my experience with Sera was immaculate. I highly doubt that I would ever find a doctor as compassionate, accommodating and knowledgable. I was late as had recorded the time incorrectly and Sera was understanding and fitted me in later. I was also accompanied by my 6 month old daughter who Sera welcomed with open arms and helped me care for whilst I was checked over and even was able to have a smear. Absolute professionalism and the very best experience as always.

My exoerience was awful! Hi. I was never informed of fees at any time either in writing or otherwise. On my 1st visit, I was only told for the 1st time that i had to pay £220 ( which i could not afford not was prepeared for) on my way out. I had to rummage around friends and family to gather the funds on that day! I was hugely dissapointed. Then i was told by Dr Pixie that it included followup. Hence i agreed to the followup appointment. I would have requested my tests by email and then ask bupa GP for followup. It doesnt make sense tllhat i would agree to a second paid followup. Secondly, In the confirmation email, no where again did it mention fees and charges related to this or any other appoitment. All other Dr. / consultants that have seen outside of Dr pixie clearly state fees in their apointment letter and how much it is, when it is payable etc. All correspodents out of the Pixie office should boldly state payment terms, conditions and requirents in all prior communication with me and others rather than trap unsuspecting customer this way! Please do not send me this or any other invoices! I am highly dissapointed in your conduct! I want to raise a formal complaint

Reception was chaotic—no one on the desk, misdirected as to where the appointment was, no physical examination of any kind, no stool or urine tests for what was billed as a routine health check, no review of inoculations that might be appropriate e.g. RSV or shingles, etc.

Pixie was excellent - I don't go to the doctor too often - full check up - tests - results - all left me feeling confident and healthy - see you again soon
