Excellent discussion and explained everything to my daughter. Advice & suggested medication fully explained. I have not yet received a bill which am paying on her behalf. I am her father.

Unfortunately a horrible experience was had. Extremely impersonal, asking each time we had an appointment had he seen us before followed by another 5 minutes of finding our notes. No explanations after each ultrasound. Jokingly told my husband to 'have a beer' with his results completely disregarding my feelings as the issues lay with me. Told me during 2 separate appointments I looked very worried (no words for this). After a number of appointments told us the medication was not working and the only option was to move forward with a treatment he could not provide but stated on multiple occasions during this conversation that it would be very expensive; therefore making my husband and I feel judged and that this treatment was out of our budget. Had read previous negative reviews with regards to this individual however I disregarded as I thought it would not bother me if he provided us with answers and a solution. Needless to say he provided neither and upon reflection his words, behaviour towards my husband and I and his actions were unbelievable. He only seemed to care on our opinion of his newly painted office. Never one to leave reviews however I feel people need to know this sort of information and this is only an oversight of the interactions without going into too much detail. Would 100% not recommend this person and to look elsewhere. Thankfully we now have our answers and plan as we continued to seek help elsewhere.

The receptionist was unfriendly and not very helpful. When I arrived she didn’t tell me which area was the waiting room for my consultant (there were 3 on that day). I had quite a wait on my appointment and was worried they wouldn’t know I’ve arrived to which she answered ‘I’m sure they’ll know’. Then spent time discussing booking treatment rooms for other companies, who had to miss out etc. very very unprofessional
