I am on my IVF journey at a clinic abroad and I have met some difficult people along with way. However as soon as I met Dr Hunter I knew he was different! He immediately put me at ease, explained everything in a Way I understood and did so with empathy and a bit of our Northern Irish humour! He went out of his way to be helpful. He made the procedure I had as comfortable as he could - let’s face it none of these are particularly enjoyable! I would recommend Dr Hunter and Kerry in a heartbeat.

I have been attending Optifema for the past four months and honestly could not recommend them more highly. From the very beginning, I have felt completely safe, listened to and genuinely cared for. Dr Hunter and Dr O’Kane are exceptional consultants. They are knowledgeable, calm and reassuring, and they take the time to explain everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed. Nurse Kerry has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind and compassionate and truly understands how emotional this journey can be. Her warmth and sensitivity have made such a difference to me throughout treatment. Even the reception team are lovely, always welcoming, organised and helpful. When you are attending frequently, that consistency and kindness really matters. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, but Optifema have created an environment where you feel supported at every stage. I am so grateful to the whole team.

5 star experience from the moment I phoned! I have had the best leave of care from Dr Hunter and Kerry Turner. Kerry is a queen at her job! Kerry's leave of care is next level, Professional with a capital P! Dr Hunter is a man of his word, I felt listened to and reassured. Dr Hunter goes the extra mile. I will be a returning patient of the clinic as I couldn't fault anything and will recommend to anyone!
