Cataract surgery, this was my second surgery. Staff were so friendly and cheerful it was an easy and calm environment, with the procedure being quick and painless.
My experience at new medica Brigg was excellent the staff were extremely caring towards me as I was terrified. Had to wait a while but they were very busy. I would definitely recommend new medica to anyone. I also received a post op telephone call the next day the young girl was lovely . Thank you
The Staff were very efficient and friendly!! There was a long wait, but with a lot of patients in and out, ,it is only to be expected!! Unfortunately, I had a lot of pain and feverishness, so had to go back, but they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble!!
Cataract removal of right eye. The operation was over and done with in a relatively short time. Pain free but felt uncomfortable
The staff are friendly, very professional, make you feel at ease and explain everything to you.. Even coffee and biscuits are providedm

My appointment was at 9.30 - my surgery was completed at 12.15 and there were another 5 morning appointments still waiting for their operation. The reason for this was the training of a junior doctor in this procedure who was taking 4-5 times longer than the norm for an experienced surgeon. Hence the corridors and waiting area was full, and the pressure on the staff was unfair and unnecessary and there was no way they’d have time for a lunch break. It’s great that Newmedica are actively involved in training junior doctors, but the appointment length times need to be doubled or tripled (15 minutes is ridiculous). I admire the staff for keeping on smiling and being professional
