The only menopause clinic rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our team of expert, experienced and empathetic menopause specialists will support you with evidence-based information and advice on menopause & symptoms and recommend treatment options tailored to you.

We support all stages of the menopause transition (perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause), including surgical and medical menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) and offer online appointments, available across the UK, as well as in person appointments in Leeds and Harrogate.

Founded by Dr Clare Spencer, a GP and registered menopause specialist, alongside women’s wellness champion Helen Normoyle, My Menopause Centre’s mission is to demystify menopause, raise awareness of its symptoms and offer support to women through evidence-based information, advice, and personalised care. Dr Clare, Helen and the entire team is committed to raising awareness, providing solutions, and empowering women to take control of their menopause so that no woman has to navigate this transformative phase alone.
