London Gynaecology – Moorgate is a leading private gynaecology practice located at 15 Austin Friars, City of London, EC2N 2HE, offering high-quality, specialist care in a modern and welcoming setting.
Our team of experienced consultant gynaecologists provides a comprehensive range of gynaecology services tailored to women at every stage of life. We run daily colposcopy clinics and offer advanced diagnostics and treatments, including laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, myomectomy, fibroid and HPV treatment, early pregnancy care, and ultrasound scanning. Our services also include antenatal screening such as the Harmony Test, Nuchal Translucency scans, and CVS/amniocentesis.
We specialise in the diagnosis and management of conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, heavy or irregular periods, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), post-menopausal bleeding, and recurrent miscarriage, always taking a personalised and compassionate approach.
We offer a wide range of transparent self-pay packages, including coil fitting and removal, fertility and pre-pregnancy health checks, and antenatal screening and scanning. Clinics run Monday to Friday with morning, afternoon and evening appointments, alongside a popular Saturday morning clinic to support busy schedules.
Where procedures are required, our consultants hold admitting rights at leading private hospitals across London and will guide patients in choosing the most appropriate hospital for their care.

Her bedside manner is wonderful, her sense of humour a delight, and her depth of knowledge truly impressive. I cannot recommend her highly enough, or the phenomenal team at London Gynaecology. A special shout-out to Camilla, who took my blood, and the wonderful front-of-house team, who were so conscientious and helpful in making sure I received my images. Thank you all for going the extra mile!
The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Joanna was great at listening and advising. As someone who worries about tests/ procedures and likes to feel listened to, she was fabulous. Totally out me at ease and the nurse in testing also was lovely too. Thoroughly recommend. .
Excellent all round. Friendly receptionists. Jaymi was super accommodating, efficient and friendly. A highly skilled PA. Dr Mez was exceptional. Generous with her time, knowledge and resources. Friendly, extremely competent, patient and knowledgeable. Could not recommend it more. The clinic was clean with plenty of refreshments. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience all round.
I was able to be booked in really quickly, staff were all lovely and they made sure they explained everything properly to me so I left feeling reassured and with knowledge. The whole service was efficient
