Livaware took care of my wife in the final months of her life with round the clock nursing care delivered at home. They had all of the highly proficient expertise and skill to deal with her complex medical needs in the best way possible. They also worked seamlessly with multiple other agencies including, the local and private GP, the oncologist, the palliative care team, the marie curie nurses and the TPN team. In addition to this, they worked in relatively constrained conditions in a small house, in an unobtrusive way as possible with great sensitivity, care and love, not just to my wife; but also to me and my young children - to the extent that we considered some of them friends by the end and will miss them. I cannot praise them highly enough.

I received a variety of care at home from Hemmen Jutla, covering I V antibiotics using a PICC line, blood tests, changing of dressings and general care . It was all of the highest quality and he displayed a genuinely caring attitude. I cannot believe anyone could have provided a higher level of care.

They went above and beyond in the time which they gave us, as we attempted to navigate the complexities and were a constant support both psychologically and practically, no matter what time of day. We felt great peace of mind knowing that we were being guided by the highest level of expertise. Having Hemmen and his team by our side, enabled us to honor our family member's wish to remain at home, knowing they had the best level of care. It was the best decision and I personally could not recommend them highly enough.

We were especially moved by how they supported us as a family too — answering our questions at all hours, guiding us through the unknown, and holding space for our grief, even before the end came. In many ways, they gave us permission to simply be present with our father, instead of being overwhelmed by logistics and worry. Livaware made it possible for our father to spend his final days at home, surrounded by love, in peace and dignity — and for that, we are deeply grateful. Their work is more than medical care.
