Amy and I communicated via Microsoft Teams. It took a couple of minutes for me to get started as it was the first time I had used the portal. Amy was thorough in explaining the program going forward & then discussing how the Vertigenius App functions & explained to me how I should carry out the excercises that she had loaded up for me on the platform. All very satisfactory.
