I've had my orthotics made at Foot Factor for more than 15 years. I used to run at a high level, have flat feet and also pronate which caused various problems in my knees, hips and lower back. I always get bespoke orthotics and really like the care and attention to detail when they're made. They've transformed my life with much freer movement and now only very rare and manageable pain. Love this place and their approach. I had to reduce my running as it was too painful - these guys gave me a thorough assessment me, explained the options really clearly and then made the orthotics immediately, with my input.
