Endocare Diagnostics

I had a wonderful experience as an outpatient for my first meeting at Endocare. Both the nurse and doctor were very friendly, welcoming and reassuring about my health concerns. When I went back for my procedure it was the same nurse on reception (I didn’t get her name but she is brunette) she was wonderful. When I was taken through to get ready for my procedure the nurse I was passed over to wasn’t as professional and i didn’t feel as at ease whilst talking to him and filling in my details. He was coughing rather heavily whilst filling in the paperwork and blaming his cigarettes. The doctor who performed my sigmoidoscopy was very friendly. However, after I went through the procedure I felt as though I was taken back through, told to get dressed and discharged quite quickly. I had a few questions which didn’t get answered and I was told to speak to my GP. I understand you will have a large turnover of patients and the practice must get busy at times, but this was my first time experiencing a procedure like this and I had a few concerns which I wanted to talk about

I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by a friendly member of staff and I was called right in for my appointment even though I was early there was no waiting and I was in and out relatively quickly everyone was nice and friendly and helpful and efficient and the cleanliness was very good I would rate them to anyone

I was quite nervous about my appointment to be honest but from the moment I arrived every member of staff made their intention to make me feel relaxed ...the actual appointment went really quickly with everything explained thoroughly I'd have no issues if I ever had any reason to attend again or if I was asked about my experience give my full and honest response.....excellent from the moment I arrived till I left ...Thank you all
