Staff were amazing

Very friendly but efficient service in a lovely clean premises.

Really good experience staff put me at ease I've had the camera down my throat befor elsewhere and it was horrific much better this time

All staff were excellent.

Attended for a colonoscopy. After a consultation last week. All staff very informative throughout the procedure and friendly. Put me at ease from admission to discharge.

Although I rang up earlier in the week to check if the throat spray had phenylephrine in and told "it's fine I can have it". Today at my appointment, staff seemed unaware that phenylephrine can be in throat sprays, despite me ringing up to check. Staff then googled it in the procedure room and discovered that yes the throat spray does have phenylephrine in. We tried without but unfortunately we were unable to complete it due to my gagging. The worry is if I hadn't insisted on them checking the throat spray at that point I would have had it and phenylephrine is known to give me palpitations and so have been told be doctors not to have it again.

I was impressed with the care facility and the staff, all were very lovely and helpful.

Wen i visited endocare diagnostics all the staff were very nice over all i felt very relaxed and feeled welcome the care was vwry good
