Very easy to access. Very welcoming staff on reception. HCA Siobhan was wonderful. Sorry if I've got her name wrong. Very professional and made me feel very at ease.

Excellent care from all who work here. Everyone keeps you comfortable and fully informed about every stage of the treatments and investigations you are going through. Was dreading it but found everyone was looking after you and making sure that you felt safe.

The experiences was great. All the staff were very professional and friendly. They were very informative too. They kept me up to date with the waiting times. Abdul the receptionist was exceptional and provided a first class service. He informed me of the process and ensured I got an appointment in a reasonable time.

I want to to say how amazing the team was during my gastroscopy and colonoscopy today. The doctor was absolutely wonderful, professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the whole procedure. The nurses were also incredible. They were so caring, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They took the time to reassure me, support me, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much easier. I’m truly grateful for the kindness, patience, and compassion shown by everyone involved. Thank you all so much for the excellent care and for making me feel so well looked after.
